Common problems

Quick fixes for the errors we see most often.

Where do I find my purchase?

FiveM resources are delivered to the Cfx.re account you logged in with at checkout. Open the Cfx.re Portal (formerly Keymaster) and look under Granted Assets. From there you can download the resource.

"Failed to verify protected resource"

Your server artifacts are probably outdated. Update your server to a current recommended build. If that doesn't help, upload the resource again. Some FTP clients skip or damage files, so use WinSCP or your host's file manager.

"You lack the required entitlement"

The license key on your server has to belong to the same Cfx.re account that bought the resource. Check the key in your server.cfg and restart the whole server after adding a new resource.

The resource doesn't start or shows errors

Check that all dependencies are installed and started before our resource in your server.cfg, that the right framework is set in the config, and that you imported the SQL file if the resource has one.

I bought with the wrong Cfx.re account

Open a ticket with your transaction ID (it starts with tbx-) and both account names. We'll help you sort it out.
